At Salem Saravana Store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please review our policies for cancellations, returns, and refunds.
1. Order Cancellation
You can request to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase or before the order has been shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled, and you must follow the return process instead.
2. Returns Eligibility
We follow a genuine return policy. Returns are accepted only in the following specific cases:
- Damaged Item: The product was received in a physically damaged or broken condition.
- Wrong / Misdelivered Item: An incorrect product was delivered that does not match your order.
- Returns are not accepted for change of mind, wrong size selection, or general dissatisfaction.
- A return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video proof of the issue.
- Items showing signs of use, washing, or missing original packaging will not be eligible.
3. Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- The refund will be processed automatically back to your original source of payment (via Razorpay).
- Refund credits typically reflect in your account within 5-7 business days depending on your bank's policies.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
